Here is a concert we’ll perform this spring 2025 with the collective lovemusic, taking place as part of the Festival Musiques Démesurées in Clermont-Ferrand.
The ‘Talking Music’ project, which began with Philip Venables’ works at the Musica Festival in 2021, has taken various forms over time, with performances at the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, the Arsenal in Metz, Klangwerkstatt Berlin, and many others. Today, wlovemusic is delighted to revive this project for the Musiques Démesurées festival, remaining faithful to its original concept: an exploration of the voice, identity and performance.
